The living room, the dining room, and all the bedrooms have been redecorated giving them a fresh style and with the Mediterranean Sea as a source of inspiration.
Upon entering the property, the first thing our guests find is the large private garden with the 11m x 4m pool, perfect for children to play and adults to relax.
There is a gas barbecue available to guests where you can cook delicious meals that you can later enjoy sitting on the porch along with a glass of good local wine.
There is also an uncovered parking area for 2 or 3 cars within the enclosure, although it is not difficult to park on the street in front of the villa.
Indigo House is distributed over two floors and has 4 double rooms, a triple room, and 4 full bathrooms. In the games room there is a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children (on request before booking). It is also possible to add a single bed in one of the larger rooms for an occasional guest (on request before booking). Please, if you are interested, let us know before confirming your reservation.
On the ground floor there is a room with two separate areas. On the one hand, there is a set of sofas with capacity for 10 people and on the other, a dining area with a large table and chairs that can seat 12 people. The fireplace is only decorative. Also on the ground floor, our guests will find the fully equipped kitchen, a games room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The games room is equipped with a TV, a sofa bed, some beanbags and various toys and board games.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, another has a double bed and a single bed and the third is equipped with a bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and storage space.
The two bedrooms with double beds and the living room and dining room have direct access to the private garden.
Outside there is a large porch with two different areas, the dining room with a table (for 10 people) and chairs and also the rest area, with a coffee table and some armchairs, the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Inside, a flight of stairs leads our guests from the dining area to the upper floor, equipped with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed) and a full (shared) bathroom in the middle of both.
Although the villa is really cool and spacious, there is an air conditioning unit on the top floor for guests' comfort. The house also offers fiber optic internet connection.
This villa has video surveillance elements. These elements are only operative when the house is uninhabited (unreserved periods) in order to avoid theft and occupations. The devices can also be disabled by the guests by closing the optical lens.
INDIGO VILLA has a regular gardening and pool maintenance service. Upon your arrival we will confirm if your stay coincides with the visit of one of these professionals as well as the day and approximate time they plan to visit the house. We will appreciate your understanding and collaboration.
In short, this villa offers an excellent situation for those looking for a quiet location, but close to the sea and the city center!
